High Efficiency Aftercooler System
Big capacity models adopt double cooling fan design. The first cooling fan starts up with the compressor and the second one starts up only when the operating temperature exceeds 80°C and it stops when goes back below 70°C in order to save energy.

Energy Saving Electric Motor
High Efficiency, totally enclosed fan-cooled (T.E.F.C), IP55, class F electric motor can achieve high efficiency of 95,2% that brings an unprecedented level of energy saving. High quality high-speed bearings from “SKF” are fitted for continuous trouble-free operation.
Modern Concept Suction Control System
Modern concept suction control valve with automatic closure to prevent any oil escape. The control unit can automatically adjust from 60-100% according to system air demand to effectively minimize operating cost.
Advanced of Our New Separator Tank
The water vapor bucket has two functions: water storage and water vapor separation. Water level gauge and water level switch are installed on the side. The water level in the water and gas drum can be checked through the water level gauge. The water level switch is used to detect the water level and control automatic water replenishment and automatic drainage.
The Catalytic Conversion Chamber
Inside the catalytic conversion chamber, it is full of catalyst which is solid, highly porous system of mega-, macro and micropores. The high porosity mean also a high surface area of approx. 200m2/g.
Chemical reaction inside the Eco Tec Converter is a physical-chemical process which uses this special catalyst to convert the oil and other hydrocarbons into water and CO.
After it has passed the Eco Tec Converter the quality of the absolutely oil free compressed air complies with the requirement of ISO 8573-1 class 0 standard.
Advanced of Our New Water Filter
The filter head and shell of the water filter are made of stainless steel, and the filter element is made of polypropylene fiber. Its function is to filter out impurities in the water, such as worn metal particles and dust, which exceed 50µ impurities.
Reliable Automatic Control Box
Electronic components of the IP55 automatic control box such as relays, contractors are from named brand Siemens to provide safe and reliable compressor control solution. Advanced microprocessor based PLC controller is used to adjust compressor loading according to system air demand automatically.
Accurate temperature control and alarm achieved by reliable sensors and controllers. This can safeguard the compressor to discharge any oil content to the system in case there is any machine failure.

Optimal Energy efficiency and outstanding reliability is achieved from patented design third generation non-symmetric robust rotors, superior bearings and oil seal that helps the compressor airend to operate with good dynamic balance, low vibration, low rotation speed and low noise level.
Insulated Heat Exchanger
High efficiency insulated heat exchanger is used to bring up the operating temperature to the optimal reaction temperature for catalytic conversion and then also to cool down the clean and oil free air. In this case, heater inside conversion chamber only needs to be energized in starting phase of the compressor.
